Spring Fever!

Well I think we all have Spring Fever around here!!! Its so close! We are all trying to get things cleaned up before my parents come home in 4 weeks! WOW! some people would say thats along time! But for me and Nate its not that long because we have to find a place to live and get moved out! :) crazy! that was a fast 4 months!  I have been going to school for about a month and am LOVING it! :) its so fun! so if you need a massage call me! lol Nate is still working, and will start again in Idaho Falls, which will be super nice! It will be good to have him around more often!! We are all craving to be able to ride outside and to be able to start doing what we love again... OUTSIDE!!! :) I did go to a barrel race last week, for the first time in six months! Me and Handcock have been kinda hit and miss with both of us being laid off for months at a time, but hopefully we are past all that and it will be up from here! it was fun to just go fast again! but we can not wait to be able to rope and ride and everything in our back arena! Slowly but surely Spring is coming! Well thats all for now! pray for spring!!!!

Happy Birthday and Happy Valentines all in one!!!

Well... What a week!! It was my birthday on sunday and then valentines on monday!  To say the least it was a pretty good week!  It even started early! On friday Nate and I went to Hamer where Nate told me we had to pick up a ball for our new truck, well... we pulled in and he says to me, Happy Birthday! We are here to get you a puppy. Of course I thought he was just teasing me!! But he was serious! So I think I got the best Birthday/Valentines Day present ever!!! We named him Tuff. and he is such a good puppy! He is a mini Australian Shepherd and he is a little fir ball! :) We love him, and Nate lets him ride with him on the tractor!! :) I had a wonderful Birthday!! We had some family come over for cake and ice cream! it was fun! I even got REALLY spoiled by family in Soda!! :) We definitely missed my parents but they called and were here in spirit! Then for Valentines day, after work and school, we just kept it simple and we got to go eat with Nate's cousin JR. It was a good evening, now its all over! Back to everyday life! :) Thanks to everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday! and a special thanks to my wonderful husband! :)

Getting through Winter!

I decided I needed to update my blog! So Nate and I did move into my parents house, and actually went with them to Texas for about 2 weeks! It was so fun to take a little break from work and school and the cold!! However, we did have to come back!  Since we have been back (without my parents) we have killed a cow, had to put of family dog down :( have broken the tractor several times, and the most recent... the water to the barn and the house was froze, I KNOW we all miss my parents and greatly appreciate all that they do for us!!! We do miss them! But they are loving it and I think that it has been good for them to be down there and not have to worry about the snow and the below 0 temperatures!  Don't get me wrong, they definitely do worry about us but thats what parents are for! Nate is still working in Weston, which sucks for me! I hate him being gone :( but I do get to see him on the weekends!  As for me, I decided to quite BYU-I and apply to massage therapy school! I got accepted and I am starting school on the 21st of Feb. and am really really excited!!! I have wanted to do it since I got out of High School! It is in Blackfoot at the Hospital and I will be done in Dec. Other than that, we are just trying to get though the winter with out my parents here to help us through everything!! I think we have definitely became closer as siblings and has been good for us! Even though it is annoying for her, I honestly enjoy cleaning and doing chores with my sister! It is a time that we can spend together! We all hope that it will soon warm up!  My brother and his wife found out last week that they are having a boy!! So in June I will be an aunt again! Everyone thought it was a girl except me and Nate! So we won! :) We are all excited for them! Happy winter to everyone and stay warm!! Pray for warm weather! :)
